Mr. Nasser Munjee is an independent director on the Board. He is also the chairman of the Development Credit Bank Limited, Indian Association of Savings and Credit, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme and Muniwarabad Charitable Trust. He is a monetary economist and obtained Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. He also pursued Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining the board of the Company, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited, India. His previous employments included HDFC, where he promoted the Indian Association of Savings and Credit. He was also the president of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
